Pastor Dan
Hayden has been a dedicated servant at Joy for the better part of seventeen
years. Originally serving as an Intern, then as a Lay Associate &
Youth Pastor, he was called as our Senior Pastor in 2000. He has a
B.A. Bible Degree from Cedarville University. Pastor Dan serves at Joy
with his wife Yvonne and their children, Cy, Emily, and Drew.

Youth Pastor Steve Hoofer has been at Joy since 1995.
In 2002, he began working in the Teen Ministries and was called as Youth Pastor
in 2003. With a degree in E.E.T. from Purdue University, he is currently attending Crossroads Bible College pursuing a
Bachelor's of Ministry Degree. Pastor Steve serves at Joy with his wife Martie and their children, Mariah and Sam.

Steve Hoy is a dynamic worship leader, blending contemporary
praise & worship with traditional hymns & choruses. Steve has worked on several
musical projects and brings not only vocal talent but also a heart for
worship and an attitude of service. Steve serves at Joy with his wife Bonnie and their children,
Evan and Natalie.
